1. Ticket Processing: Ensure that your tickets are processed at the information centre before proceeding to the viewing room.
2. No Touching, Taking of Objects, Climbing of Furniture & Fittings: The upside-down furniture is part of the visual attraction and should not be sat on or climbed, as it may be fragile or fixed to walls/ceilings.
3. Footwear: Please wear flat, comfortable shoes. High heels or slippery footwear will not be allowed for safety reasons, as some surfaces may be angled or uneven.
4. No Running or Jumping: The layout of the house is unconventional. As a result, running or jumping could lead to accidents. Please walk carefully and at your own pace.
5. Supervise Children: Children and minors below the age of 13 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. We require a minimum of one adult per five children. Due to the unique structure of the house, close supervision is essential for their safety.
6. Respect the Props: Many objects in the house are fixed in place for the effect. Please do not try to touch, move or tamper with them.
7. No Food or Drinks: To ensure the house is always clean and free of spills, no food or beverages are allowed inside the house.
8. Photography: Feel free to take photos but be mindful of other guests and avoid blocking pathways or exhibits while doing so.
9. Health & Safety: Pregnant guests are not allowed in. Guests with vertigo, motion sickness, or other balance disorders should be cautious. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, feel free to take a break or leave the house.
10. Personal Belongings: Hold onto your belongings. You are advised to not carry valuable items into the house. Due to the disorienting nature of the house, it's easy to misplace or drop items.
11. No Pets: For the safety of the animals and other guests, pets or other animals are not allowed inside the house.
12. Follow Tour Guide Instructions: Please adhere to the guidance provided by the staff to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment of the experience.
