Each visit to the Upside-Down House lasts for 25 minutes. We offer three-time slots throughout the day:

Morning sessions: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
Afternoon sessions: 1:30 PM- 4:30 PM,
Evening sessions: 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM.

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking your tickets in advance to ensure availability and to skip the queue. You can book your tickets online on our website ticketing page or Landmark Citizen App

For safety reasons, we ask that visitors do not climb on the furniture or fixtures. Additionally, food and drinks are not allowed inside the house.

We have a no refund policy, but you can easily reschedule your visit via our tickets support.

All children under 12 must be always supervised by an adult. This is done for safety purposes to avoid any accidents. Anyone running around, trying to grab or hang from anything will be asked to leave immediately.
